Ade was extremely helpful and professional. Communicated well explaining everything he was doing and any issues he found. I found him to be honest, punctual and tidy. He diligently filled in all the correct paperwork and when there was a fault with the boiler he was able to correct it swiftly. I certainly recommend him and will be using his services again.

Came and performed work on the gas and central heating pipes, installing new gas and water lines at various locations around the kitchen. The work was done to a high standard and to my complete satisfaction. Work was reasonably priced, and the engineer was prompt and on time. I will be using them again when I install new radiators later in the year, if they are available.

Submitted request via Checkatrade. Response received within a few minutes. Discussed with plumber. Plumber attended after a couple of hours. Job completed within 30 minutes. Debris found and removed. Stop tap replaced with new one .Reasonable price - estimate given when job booked. Would recommend.

From start to finish this was an easy experience, Adrian's communication is spot on. He arrived bang on time and despite a very tricky experience with our hellish boiler did a brilliant job. I had an old water tank in a flat that needed some attention. Trugas gave me honest feedback on the state of it and various options. In the end I went for a replacement tank. Trugas dealt with the tenant in the flat on my behalf, arranging visits with them direct whilst also keeping me in the loop. Absolute pleasure and ease to work with! Would recommend!

We found Trugas very reliable. They kept us informed throughout the work and went the extra mile to make sure that our boiler was repaired and functional as quickly as possible.

I needed a bay radiator removing and a new radiator installing on the opposite side of the room. Ade came to check out the job first and gave me a quote and we arranged to do the work in a couple of weeks. The job took slightly longer than expected because of the old pipes but he was able to come back and complete within a couple of days and didn’t leave us hanging like we’ve had with other tradespeople. Lovely guy, friendly and knowledgable and did a great job, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and no doubt we will be asking him back to do more work in the house when we need it !

Adrian was really helpful. He arrived on time, was quick and thorough and tidied up after the job was completed. He even came back a couple of days later to make an adjustment to the control knob on one of the fires, which was not easy for my elderly mother in law to turn on and off.

Adrian turned up promptly and carried out the job efficiently. He seemed to do a lot more than the firm that carried out my last year’s service and explained what he was doing and what I should do if the problem I’d been having with the pump happened again.
